Shipping and return policies for Lux Ferre

Shipping Info
Once you have placed your order, we dispatch it within 72 hours upon receipt of payment. Your music will be shipped at letter or postal package rates. We will find the optimal shipping and insurance rate.

For shipments shipped to Colombia delivery in general takes place within 5 days. For the rest of Latin-America delivery takes place within 7-9 days, for USA & Canada 5-7 days and rest of the world 10-14 days. For alternative arrangements please contact us for more details.

Please note that the actual delivery time is the period from your parcel is shipped until it arrives at the country of destination. The local postal handling and customs can prolong the delivery time.

You will have the option of insurance when you place your order. To obtain full coverage it is imperative that your shipment is insured if lost or damaged. Insurance rates are automatically calculated if you live in a region which allows it.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Please contact us at luxferrecol@gmail.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.


LOST SHIPMENT

To obtain a partial or full refund it is imperative that your parcel is insured.

COLOMBIA: Please contact us if your goods do not arrive within 7 days of dispatch, check if your parcel is lost. If the shipping data we have correspond to the address on your shipment please contact your local sorting office. Contact us if the goods cannot be located at your local post office and we will complete the relevant claim forms and submit them to our local Post Office Customer Care Department for a refund.

OUTSIDE COLOMBIA: Please contact us if you live outside Colombia and you have not received your parcel within one month. We will fill out the relevant postal service claim form after cross checking shipping data. If the parcel does not turn up, we may have to wait for the postal office to complete their investigation or we will replace the missing items immediately or offer you a refund or credit on the total amount.


Additional exceptions to the return policy:
- You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't open the CD(s).
- Only unopened and sealed CDs albums may be returned.
- Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging, such as cracked CD covers.
